phsin Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the phsin website and gaming platform, accessible at https://phsin.app ("phsin," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion offered by phsin, you ("User," "Player," "you") unconditionally accept these Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the phsin Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of phsin is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Under Philippine gaming regulations administered by PAGCOR, the minimum age for participation in casino-style gaming is 21 years. phsin strictly enforces this requirement and will request age verification documents at any time.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of phsin, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by phsin or by any regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

phsin reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of phsin services, you must register a personal account. Each individual may hold only one (1) phsin account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phsin account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. phsin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

phsin reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) procedures at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. You agree to cooperate fully with any such verification process.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on phsin are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). phsin supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be made available from time to time.

Deposits are credited to your phsin account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. phsin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. phsin reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC procedures or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the phsin account holder.

phsin does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. phsin is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.

Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may be adjusted by phsin at any time without prior notice.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

phsin may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• phsin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts or coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit promotional terms, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. phsin reserves the right to exclude any player from promotional offers at its sole discretion.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on phsin use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer formats operated by licensed studio providers. Game outcomes are determined independently of phsin's commercial interests.

Specific rules for each game are available within the game interface. By participating in any game on phsin, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the result recorded in phsin's server logs shall be conclusive.

phsin reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the affected stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phsin and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with phsin games or systems.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploit must be reported to phsin support immediately.
• Attempting to launder money or use phsin for any illegal financial activity.
• Accessing phsin from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your phsin account by any third party.

8. Responsible Gaming

phsin is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from the account dashboard at any time.

Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to use phsin's self-exclusion feature, which will prevent access to the platform for a specified period. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

phsin strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. If phsin has reason to believe that a player is under 21 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. Any winnings accrued during a period of underage play will be forfeited.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the phsin platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of phsin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the phsin platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any phsin content without prior written authorization from phsin.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phsin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phsin platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

phsin's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phsin does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phsin is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11. Privacy

phsin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at phsin.app/privacy-policy. By using phsin, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Amendments

phsin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of phsin following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using phsin immediately.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to phsin's internal dispute resolution process. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
